I have a degree in Business Administration and Management from the Caixanova Business School, a master in Financial Advice and Heritage Management, and a master in European Financial Advisor. I am a financial advisor with more than 12 years of experience in private banking and have been an entrepreneur for three years.

I am specialised in Tourism Organisation and Management, with more than 15 years of experience in tourism consulting, with projects related to spatial planning for tourism purposes, market studies, strategic tourism plans and promotion of destinations, along with the execution and production of tourism projects.

Ideas Peregrinas has been around for more than 20 years!!!

In the summer of 1993, our father took us to walk the freshly signposted Portuguese Route. At 13 and 14 respectively, we discovered the essence of the pilgrimage to ‘the field of stars’, Santiago de Compostela. This adventure was extended with new trips, until in 1999 we set up an agency linked to offering guidance on the Way. This ended up just being an experience, because we both had educational and work demands to fulfil. In mid-2016, we joined our paths with this project that has excited us and accompanied us since then. At Ideas Peregrinas, we are working towards a dual goal: on the one hand, to seek a space where we can offer the hospitality every pilgrim seeks, but catering to the needs of the modern pilgrim; and on the other hand, to contribute to the conservation and dissemination of the Portuguese Route.

“Ideas peregrinas” (wandering ideas) is a popular expression that we have adopted as our own, giving it two very unique goals. On the one hand, to support the pilgrims on the Portuguese Way and on the other, to welcome those who, although not pilgrims, have the great idea of entering a place dedicated to the Way of St James. In short, we aim to offer a modern space, inspired by traditional corner shops, where anyone could find everything they needed. Taking this concept to the present day, the result is our space.
